Introduction

Attending the RDS Swiss Alps military fitness experience offers numerous benefits for participants. Not only will you have the opportunity to challenge yourselves physically and mentally, but you will also develop valuable skills like teamwork, resilience, and perseverance. The camp provides a unique and thrilling environment to step out of one's comfort zone, overcome obstacles and push boundaries.

 

Participants will be able to connect with like-minded individuals, and gain the confidence and courage that comes with accomplishing difficult tasks. Ultimately, attending this experience will lead to a greater sense of personal growth, self-awareness, and a lasting sense of accomplishment that will be felt long after the camp is over.

  • What fitness level is required?
    A basic level of fitness is needed to participate and enjoy the experience. The most important is that you have grit and determination giving the course your full effort!
  • What type of accommodation is provided?
    Accommodations range from military bunkers and wilderness camping to a luxury Swiss chalet with a hot tub and sauna.
  • What food will be available?
    Participants will be provided with British military ration packs, culminating in a celebratory feast on the final day.
  • What activities are included?
    Activities include various physical challenges, circuit training, and rucking over the Swiss Alps for long periods.
  • When does the experience start?
    The start date is March 30th 2024.
  • What is the cost and payment method?
    The full cost is £1297 per person, with a £97 deposit to secure a spot. Final payment of £1200 is due February 11th 2024.
  • How long is the program?
    The duration of the experience will end on the 10th day.
  • What should I bring?
    A kit list and further details will be provided upon booking.
  • Is there a registration deadline?
    The registration deadline is February 11th, 2024, or until sold out.
  • Are there any rewards upon completion?
    Other than an incredible feeling of accomplishment, participants will receive a certificate and custom military dog tags in-scripted with their personal details.
